  • Insert the 1/4 in wide end of the gauge between the grinding wheel and the tongue guard to check the guard position if necessary, adjust the guard so the gap is no wider than 1/4 in
  • Perform this procedure on a regular basis to ensure proper positioning as the grinding wheel wears
