A durable X-weight cotton backing makes this belt ideal for heat-sensitive applications. With a strong butt joint for reinforcement, this belt can run in either direction for increased versatility. Designed for projects where initial price is the focus, this belt is ideal for coarse grit metalworking for stock removal, deburring and dimensioning applications.

  • Strong, self-sharpening zirconia alumina abrasive for fast, aggressive cut and 30% longer life than competitive zirconia belts
  • The lubricating grinding aid in R801 belts, means cooler cut, burn-free grinding of heat-sensitive materials, and minimized loading
  • R823 has flexible X-weight polyester waterproof backing to excel on light- to moderate-pressure, applications; R801 and R884P have durable Y-weight polyester waterproof cloth backing that excels on medium- to high pressure applications
