The Millermatic® 211 PRO MIG welder with Auto-Set is a multi-voltage, 230 amp portable MIG welder that comes complete with a 15 ft. MDX-100 MIG gun. The Millermatic 211 PRO has a higher duty cycle, draws less power and has a superior welding arc compared to other MIG welders in its class. Weighing in at only 35 pounds, the Millermatic 211 PRO is capable of MIG welding mild steel up to 3/8 inch thick. It features Auto-Set, which eliminates the guesswork of setting voltage and wire feed speed for your MIG welding application. Simply select the material thickness and wire diameter while the welder is in the Auto-Set mode, and you are ready to weld. The Auto-Set control automatically sets your welder to the proper parameters. It is available when welding mild steel and can be used with solid MIG wire or flux-cored wire. Auto-Set can also be used when welding stainless steel or aluminum with OPTIONAL spool gun. Auto-Set also allows for the use of several different shielding gases, including CO2, Argon and Argon/CO2 C25 mix. Manual MIG welding control is also available for those welders who wish to fine tune their welding arc. The parameter door chart lists voltage and wire feed speed settings options.

The Millermatic 211 PRO operates on 120 volt or 240 volt input power. The included Multi-Voltage plugs allow you to switch between 120 and 240 volts without manual linking. Auto Spool Gun Detect automatically detects when an OPTIONAL Spoolmate spool gun is attached, for seamless transitions to aluminum MIG welding. The 211 PRO comes complete with 15 ft. MDX-100 MIG gun, 15 ft. work cable with clamp,6.5 ft. input power cord with MVP plugs for 120 and 240 volts, flow gauge regulator and gas hose, two contact tips for .030 in. wire, Quick Select drive rolls for .024 in. or .030/.035 in. solid wire, and .030/.035 in. flux-cored wire, PLUS Miller’s True Blue 3-year warranty.

Processes

Auto-Set – includes five different wire/gas combinations and .024 (0.6 mm) to .035 (0.9 mm) wire capability.
Wire/gas combinations include Flux Cored, Mild Steel with 100% CO 2 , Mild Steel with C25, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum with spool gun
Select Auto-Set on the front panel. LCD display will turn blue to indicate that you are in Auto-Set mode.
Select the wire type and gas being used
Set the wire diameter, from .024, .030 and .035 diameters.
Select the thickness of the material you are welding welding
Start welding with the exact parameters you need!

Quick Select drive roll
Makes setup quicker by offering three grooves, two for different size solid wire and a third for flux-cored welding wire.

Auto Spoolgun Detect
Automatically detects when a MIG gun or spool gun is connected eliminating the need for a switch.
