It is specifically designed to maximize the capabilities of the Millermatic® 255 MIG welder and Multimatic 255 multi-process welder, especially when using pulsed MIG welding programs.
The MDX-250 EZ-Select MIG gun comes standard with long-life AccuLock MDX consumables. It has an ergonomically designed handle with rubber overmolding and rear swivel optimized wire-feed path. It is rated at 250 amps at 100% duty cycle using CO2 shielding gas. The MDX-250 EZ-Select comes ready to feed .030-.035 diameter MIG welding wire. Tapered mating surfaces between the AccuLock contact tip and gas diffuser lock consumables tips in place for maximized electrical conductivity and longer tip life.
