House of Kolor VOC Exempt Reducers
House of Kolor VOC Exempt Reducers can be used to reduce all Kosmic System products–Kandys, Klears, and all Shimrin basecoats. They will not increase or decrease the VOC content of any product when they are added. VOC Exempt Reducers are not reactive reducers; therefore, they will not react with any coating. They are fast to medium-dry reducers that may be blended with other reducers to achieve different dry times.
