Purox 4202 Series Acetylene Cutting Nozzle/Cutting Tip cuts 6″ metal thickness and has gas pressure of 60 – 70 PSIG for cutting oxygen and 10 – 12 PSIG for Acetylene.. Nozzle/cutting tip features a 6 – 9 inches per min cutting speed, 0.130 – 0.160″ average kerf width and requires gas consumption of 340 – 460 CFH for total oxygen and 22 – 28 CFH for Acetylene.. Medium pre-heat nozzle features 6 preheat holes, 43″ drill cutting and is used for beveling and general-purpose applications.
