Oxweld 1502 Series Size 12 Nozzle/Cutting Tip cuts 9 – 12″ metal thickness and has gas pressure of 55 – 65 PSIG for cutting oxygen, 30 – 35 PSIG for preheat oxygen and 10 – 12 PSIG for acetylene. Nozzle/cutting tip features a 2.4 – 3.0 inches per min cutting speed,0.190- 0.210″ average kerf width and requires gas consumption of 630 – 905 CFH for total oxygen and 40 – 55 CFH for acetylene. Medium pre-heat nozzle/cutting tip features 6 preheat holes, 39″ drill cutting and is used for beveling, cutting dirty plate and general-purpose applications.
