Use your metal bender board to create 90-degree or lesser repeatable bends in mild steel and aluminum up to 4” wide. On 1/8-inch thick steel, you can increase the bend to 125 degrees. The maximum metal thickness varies depending on how wide the steel plate is; consult the chart below before getting started.
